Built for the gaps between business and technology.
Most organizations already own significant technology. The challenge is often what happens between those systems: duplicated effort, manual workarounds, disconnected information and operational requirements no existing platform fully addresses.
JusTask works in that gap. We look at the process, systems, data, users, exceptions and controls surrounding the requirement before determining what should change and how technology should support it.

Mariam Jamil
Mariam Jamil is the founder of JusTask Systems, a women-led technology consultancy working with organizations across AI advisory, automation, custom applications and systems integration.
She has worked on both sides of the requirement: in technology consulting and program delivery, and in operations and financial management. That is where a practical reading of system gaps, process constraints and delivery risk comes from.
Her approach is grounded in a simple belief: technology should earn its place. That means understanding the operation, the constraints, the systems already in place and the outcome required before deciding what should be automated, integrated, built or enabled with AI.
Engagements are structured around defined business requirements, clear deliverables and transparent commercial terms, supported by specialists across AI, automation, software development, integrations and modern workplace technologies. Senior involvement continues from discovery and solution design through implementation and handover.

Our principles.
Technology Should Earn Its Place
Technology is introduced where it materially improves the outcome. AI is one option, not the default answer.
Design for operational reality
Real operations contain missing information, unusual cases, dependencies and edge conditions. Solutions should account for them from the outset.
Leave the client in control
Automation should remove unnecessary work without obscuring ownership or judgment. Solutions are documented, maintainable and transferable, so capability stays with the client.
Start with what is not working.
We will help determine the most appropriate next step.
